If for any reason, Clients are not satisfied with the order, the unused
item(s) can be returned within 10 days of delivery. Clients must follow the official EMILIANORINALDI.IT RETURN POLICY as stated here below:
- RETURN TAG AND ANY SECURITY SEAL INTACT AND THE ITEM HAS NOT BEEN
WORN: The original EMILIANORINALDI RETURN TAG must be attached to the
item(s) with the original SECURITY SEAL. This Return Tag and any Security Seal must not be removed or cut in any way.
- WRITTEN REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION: Clients must contact email@example.com
with a written request to return the item(s) within 10 days from the date of delivery. The written request must include the Item Code Number(s) of the item(s) to be returned and the compensation for the return: refund, size exchange or color exchange.
- CONFIRMATION EMAIL WITH RETURN AUTHORIZAITON NUMBER: Once the written request is received, firstname.lastname@example.org
will send a written confirmation to the Client including the RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER.
Clients must write this RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER externally on the box.
- ORIGINAL CONDITION: The returned item(s) must be in the same condition in which it was originally sent and packaged in an orderly fashion.
- 10 DAYS: The return of the unused item(s) must reach US within 10 days of the written confirmation from email@example.com
- RETURN SHIPMENTS ARE FREE OF CHARGE: any eventual import fees and taxes are the responsibility of the client.
- EMILIANORINALDI.IT recommends that all returns be shipped using SDA as their tracking numbers can be processed by the customer service team and allow them to grant free return shipments in the follow countries:
Germany,Spain,Belgium,Holland,Austria and Great Britain and can be organized in the follow link:
For the rest of countries we suggest clients to delivery by standard postal mail.
If clients wish to use another courier that is not SDA, they are free to do so but they will be liable for all shipping costs as well as an additional fee of 10% of the total value of the merchandise that is being returned.
- DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: In the case of defective merchandise, or an error in the order on the part, Clients must follow the instructions above. EMILIANORINALDI.IT reserves the right to request photographic support for returns regarding defective merchandise before authorizing the return and the eventual charges for the shipment and import fees.
EMILIANORINALDI.IT will ship Clients the returned corrected goods free of charge or will refound the incur expences. EMILIANORINALDI.IT reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns.
EMILIANORINALDI.IT will NOT accept any items that have been worn, washed or altered for any reason.
EMILIANORINALDI.IT reserves the right to INSPECT returned merchandise and assess re-stocking fees depending on the state of the returned merchandise.
